The Volcano

As part of our theme on volcanoes, Room 16 learned a poem and used self made percussion instruments to express the movements that a volcano has. The class had fun identifying the verbs in the poem and cooperatively came up with rhythm to accompany each. It was a team effort as we took turns saying some lines of the poem with expression.
